LittleWheels.es is a platform dedicated to the rental of different types of electric mobility.
LittleWheels.es is committed to maintaining its electrical products in accordance with best practices and the level of safety required by law. We carry out regular checks of the equipment to make sure it is fit for use and we provide helmets free of charge to use during the rental.
Our products are not suitable for children or adults under the age of 16 and no responsibility is assumed in the event that children or adults under the age of 16 travel in the equipment.
After the start of the rental period until its end, the equipment is the responsibility of the renter. It is your responsibility to ride the electric bike safely, in accordance with the law, and to ensure that it is properly maintained during the rental period so that it is safe to ride.

We use top brand products such as SUPER73 and CECOTEC, all materials must be exactly as described on the website. However, we reserve the right to make slight modifications to the fleet in order to provide a higher level of customer satisfaction and security. LittleWheels.es is absolutely committed to providing all of its products in excellent working order, and we maintain a strict maintenance protocol to support this. Preauthorized Equipment Deposit Payment:
By signing the rental contract, the client / lessee agrees to return the equipment in the same conditions in which it was rented. There should be no noticeable defects in the appearance of the equipment or operational problems. The equipment must be returned in a clean condition, ready for the next reservation, and in a condition that you would expect it to be in at the beginning of your reservation.
Any defects must be highlighted before the beginning of the reservation and documented with a photo before the rental period begins.
LittleWheels.es uses premium brands in all its products which are in great demand. It is imperative that they are not left unlocked or unattended at any stage of the rental duration.
To protect our members against significant loss, theft or damage, we are required to make a pre-authorized equipment deposit payment by card and a photograph of the renter's ID or passport. In the event that the rented product is not returned to us at the time of the reservation contract, we will process the pre-authorized amount.
Some of our products are equipped with sophisticated tracking devices and, in the event of theft during the booking period, it should be possible to trace and locate the equipment if the renter notifies LittleWheels.com as soon as it occurs. LittleWheels.es will use reasonable efforts to retrieve the equipment and avoid using the paid deposit, which is a last resort.
In case of non-return or theft of the equipment, LittleWheels.es will collect the pre-approved payment according to the value of the rented product that ranges from € 400 to € 1000 in value.
At the expiration of the rental period in case of non-return, the client remains responsible for the equipment in his possession. Its return is mandatory at the end of the rental period with the sanctions provided in article 314-1 of the New Penal Code, without the need to send a formal notice by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt and without the client being able to invoke any impediment .
LittleWheels.es has the right to exercise a remedy for total loss in the event of theft by the customer, diversion or any damage to the equipment resulting from the breach of the rules of use or the regulations within this contract. LittleWheels.es will send a notification and the guarantees listed above will apply without reservation.
In the event of any equipment damage, if amounts due are immediately settled with a credit card, the pre-authorized deposit can be returned immediately. However, in the event of non-acceptance by the renter, it may be necessary to collect the pre-authorized amount to cover the costs of returning the equipment to the condition in which it was rented.
The following is a guide to the likely costs that will be incurred for the various repairs, but it will be the total cost of the repairs to be paid by the customer, and any remaining amount will be reimbursed to the customer after the replacement is completed. Refunds / Cancellation of reservations:

You can cancel your reservation at any time up to 2 hours before the start of your reservation without charge. It is not possible to cancel your reservation after this time, and full payment will be due to LittleWheels.es.
Your reservation will be reserved for you for the duration of your reservation, and you can pick up your equipment at any time, but there will be no refunds in case you pick it up late.
In the event there is a problem with the equipment and it is the fault of LittleWheels.com, alternate arrangements will be made to allow you to complete the duration of your rental, and if this is not possible, then a prorated refund. it will be made at the maximum value of the rental rate.

In the event of any delay in the return of the equipment on the scheduled date and time, the customer will be solely responsible for the equipment in their possession until its effective return.
The rented equipment is returned at the end of the day for the period agreed for the reservation. Any delay in return after this time will result in an additional rental day per day of delay, at the rate shown on the site. After this period, it may be necessary to collect the pre-authorized deposit.
Non-return may lead to the establishment of a return procedure, the costs of which will be borne by the customer, in addition to the unreturned material invoiced at its market value including tax on the expected return date, rental costs, and any damage. .
To use the equipment in built areas in times of poor visibility (for example, low light or fog), all passengers must wear a certified reflective vest. In order to increase the safety of our customers, we provide, free of charge, a certified bicycle helmet to all renters. Acceptance of this contract includes the agreement that the renter will wear this helmet or other suitable form of head protection at any time the equipment is in use. We do not allow the driving of children or adults under the age of 16 on our equipment, and we do not provide helmets for any other user of the equipment. Adults or people carrying children or accompanied persons face a fine from the authorities, and LittleWheels.es is not responsible for any fines incurred and strongly recommends the use of helmets at all times during the operation of the equipment.
In the event that the lessee does not wish to use a helmet during the operation of the equipment, they will do so at their own risk and with the understanding that all damages, claims, penalties and fines related to this action are completely released from LittleWhells.es as part of the rental agreement.
The customer remains responsible for any damage suffered by the rented equipment, with the exception of normal wear and tear or hidden defects. They are responsible for any other damages, which will therefore give rise to the payment of the costs of repair or even replacement of said equipment, within the maximum limit of the replacement value in new condition at the public price thereof, in addition to the rental price. . The client agrees to pay these costs when returning the rented equipment.
In the event of an accident with a third party, the tenant agrees to write down the contact details of the third party and to complete a friendly report.
The renter agrees that no child or adult under the age of 16 will use the equipment and that there will never be more than one person assembling the equipment. The tenant agrees that he will not use the equipment on the beach and will avoid contact with salt water and sand.
